How online nutrition consultation works at NutriKonsul

Your continuation

This page walks through the full process: registering, completing the intake form, meeting your dietitian, receiving a personalized plan, and the follow-up that keeps it useful. Nothing here is improvised. Each step exists so your consultation time goes to your actual situation.

What happens, step by step

Six steps take you from registration to a plan that survives a normal week. Each one is short on purpose. The intake form does the gathering, so your paid time with a registered dietitian stays on your actual situation: your usual meals, your cooking habits, your schedule.

Step one

Register in a few minutes

Tell us how to reach you and which consultation format you are considering. Unsure? Say so — we would rather place you correctly than push the largest option.

Step two

Complete the intake form

Meals, cooking habits, schedule, and what you want to change. Your dietitian reads it before the first session.

Step three

Meet your dietitian

A conversation by chat or a scheduled session — not a lecture. Ask about food labels, takeaway meals, anything.

Step four

Receive your personalized plan

Built around ingredients you can buy locally, portions that match your goal, structure that fits your week.

Step one — register

Registration takes a few minutes

You tell us how to reach you and which consultation format you are considering. If you are unsure, say so. We would rather place you correctly than push the largest option.

WhatsApp booking is available if you prefer to start with a question instead of a form. Once your registration is received, we confirm it and match you with a dietitian whose focus fits your goal. You will get scheduling options for your first session. If you booked by WhatsApp, expect a reply through the same channel. Anything unclear before the session can be handled in chat.

Step two — the intake form

Where the real work starts

It asks about your usual meals, cooking habits, schedule, and what you want to change. Services across Indonesia use forms like this because remote advice needs context that a phone call cannot capture.

Your dietitian reads your answers before the first session, so you are not spending paid time on background. That is the whole point of putting the form first.

Step three

Meeting your dietitian

Your first consultation happens by chat or scheduled session, depending on the format you chose. Your registered dietitian opens with what they learned from your form, then asks the follow-up questions that matter.

Expect a conversation, not a lecture. You can ask about anything you have been unsure of, including how to read food labels or how to handle meals you do not cook yourself.

Step four

Your personalized plan

You leave with a meal plan built around your food environment. That means ingredients you can buy locally, portions that match your goal, and structure that fits your week.

Family nutrition plans cover shared meals; individual plans focus on one person's patterns. Follow-up adjustments come later, but the first version should be usable the same week.

What your plan covers How we get there together
Local ingredients Built from what is on the shelf in your market, not a list of exotic items
Portions Matched to your goal and adjusted as you go, not set once and forgotten
Weekly structure Fits the days you cook and the days you eat out
Shared vs individual Family coverage for shared meals; individual plans for one person's habits
Follow-up built in Revision happens after your food diary, not on a fixed schedule you cannot keep

Step five — food diary

A record, not a test

You keep a food diary for a short period and share it. This is not a test. It is a record your dietitian uses to spot patterns, such as skipped meals, late snacks, or portion drift.

Together you review what the diary shows and decide what to adjust. Most useful changes come from this step, not from the initial advice.

Step six — follow-up

Where a plan survives real life

Chat consultation handles quick questions between sessions. Scheduled check-ins review progress and revise the plan as your routine shifts.

Coaching formats include this loop by design. Single consultations can add it if you want a second look later.

Review happens between your sessions

Chat or scheduled sessions

Many clients use both: chat for quick checks, scheduled sessions for the substantive work. Read the difference below before you decide.

Ask about consultation formats

Chat consultation

Fast questions, iterative guidance

It is often the first touchpoint and works well for people who prefer messaging over calls. Good for small course corrections, quick checks between sessions, or getting an answer before you commit to a full plan.

Scheduled session

Deeper assessment, full plan

These go deeper and make sense when your goal needs assessment, a full plan, or a review of your food diary. If your situation has several moving parts, this is the lane that handles all of them in one sitting.

What to have ready

Prepare once, get more from the session

People who prepare get more from the session, because the dietitian can spend time on solutions instead of gathering basics.

  • Complete the intake form honestly

Answers that match your real week help more than answers that look tidy. If something is uncertain, write that too.

  • Note roughly what you ate over the past few days

Rough is fine. The point is the shape of the week, not a gram-by-gram log.

  • Map your weekly schedule

Have a sense of which days you cook and which days you eat out. The plan bends around that, not the reverse.

  • Write down your questions

A short list keeps the session moving and stops you from leaving with the one question you forgot to ask.

Ready when you are. Register or send a question first — either route gets you to the same intake form.

Questions people ask first

A few things that come up before registration. If yours is not here, the contact page is the fastest route to a real answer.

Can I start with chat and move to a scheduled session later?

Yes. Chat consultation is often the first touchpoint, and scheduled sessions handle assessment, a full plan, or a food-diary review later. Many clients use both, and nothing about the sequence locks you in.

What if I do not know which consultation format I need?

Say so when you register. We would rather place you correctly than push the largest option. A short description of your goal is usually enough to recommend a starting lane.

Can the plan cover meals I do not cook myself?

Yes. Workers across Indonesia eat out regularly, and the plan is built around your real week. Bring the days you eat out or order in, and the structure bends around them.

How quickly do I hear back after registering?

Once registration is received, we confirm it and match you with a dietitian whose focus fits your goal. You will get scheduling options for your first session. WhatsApp bookers get a reply through that same channel.

What does the follow-up look like after the first plan?

Chat handles quick questions between sessions. Scheduled check-ins review progress and revise the plan as your routine shifts. Coaching formats include this loop by design; single consultations can add it later if you want a second look.

Where to go next

Start with the form, or start with a question

Both routes end at the same intake form, and the intake form is where the useful work begins. If you would rather ask something first, send it — nobody minds a small question before committing.

Still deciding?

Talk it through before you book

Ask about consultation formats, what the intake form covers, or which lane suits a specific goal. A short conversation often settles it.
